About Us

We are a mighty team of 2,  committed to empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore with strategic support and solutions to navigate the complexities of maintaining compliance with the Workplace Fairness Act of 2025.

We have both worked in various HR and employee relations roles at Fortune 500 companies. Along with our experience, we are certified in employee relations and investigations conferred by e-Cornell, specialising in the management, investigation and resolution of a wide range of grievances with varying degrees of complexity. 

Along with case expertise, we have developed a particular interest in the delivery of specialised training to HR professionals and managers; targeting various nuanced employee complaints and grievances including but not limited to discrimination, harassment and  interpersonal conflict.

The Workplace Fairness Act

The Workplace Fairness Act was passed by Parliament on 8 January 2025.  The legislature protects against workplace discrimination by prohibiting any adverse employment decisions on the grounds of any protected characteristic.

This mandates all companies hiring more than 25 employees in Singapore to implement 2 main frameworks - fair hiring practices and a grievance handling process to comply with the act.
